Twee Linden in Rostock

Absolutely not to be recommended! We were very annoyed on vacation and we were not met. Collected the money even though we didn't live there. You don't need it either! ......... other holidaymakers keep coming! ...........incomprehensible!

ALTHOUGH WE DIDN'T LIVE THERE, NO MONEY BACK !!! The front of the house was scaffolded, so there was no holiday feeling! :( After entering the house there were problems with the coding, whereupon we called the Twee Linden. After we were told on the phone how to deal with a coding & it still didn't work, we were already served! With the request if someone could come? If you pointed out to us that it could take a while! :( Therefore not to be recommended on our part & the staff is not cooperative, binding & not very friendly!

So due to the current situation, the virus and the fact that we regrettably cannot start the trip, the hostess has so far treated us neither friendly nor willing to compromise, we have to cancel, tourists are no longer allowed to check into hotels, but are allowed to cancel we somehow not and so far we are not allowed to choose another travel date, conversations have not been possible under normal conditions so far, ie the possibility of reaching a compromise has so far failed. I don't think so, you always say that you only know whether a company is good when there are problems and unfortunately there are now. Of course, I understand the existence-threatening situation for the entire industry, but you should still remain friendly in customer contact and think in a solution-oriented manner instead of giving up on the few telephone contacts or yelling at someone. If the host's willingness to compromise changes, I am happy to adapt my rating to that, but currently I am very disappointed with this way of dealing with customers.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Are very friendly people. The next time you visit Warnemünde, this guest house will be favored.

Small but nice and above all very clean. Small modern furnished room with everything you need for a stay. Great keyless entry system. Gladly again.

I can recommend this guest house. The comfort rooms are newly renovated and very modern inviting (double bed, sitting area with dining table, sofa, bathroom with rain forest shower) designed. On the day of arrival, a door code will be provided to the guest - which, however, must be treated with care. After three wrong entries, the code expires, as it is assumed that a burglary. Likewise on the day of departure - if you did not leave your room until 10 o'clock or did not remove your luggage, you will be locked in. This method could still be filed, because this lock is not easy to use for my feeling - spills happen quickly, especially since you can not delete (I certainly have not seen). Even if no employees are on site, they can be reached quickly by mobile phone - if you get a connection between various radio holes. Not only the rooms, but also the common kitchens in the corridors are newly equipped. Everything is clean and tidy and fun with a balanced price-performance ratio. The guesthouse is located on a quiet, side street, 15 minutes' walk from the shipyard, five minutes from the train in the center.

Small room, in the bathroom barely room to dry. No quiet night, as the bed creaks so loud, we were afraid that it would fall apart. Cabinet unstable. Exterior anything but appealing. Trash was lying around, the door was only half open. Height humidity in the room .. Value for money definitely a minus. Would not we book again .. For the price you just expect more. I only give two stars, because the room decor was attractive. My rating refers to the normal double room.
